Looking at the roadmap and other threads in the forum, it would seem that the plan is to break backwards compatability every 3 month. Even just minor releases have the risk of breaking the packages we've created for internal use. Are there any plans to do bug-fixes for an extended periode of time for any release?
Example: We did some work upgrading our packages to 4.8, and can't set aside time to do that every 5 weeks (4.9, 4.10, etc). 6.0 will break some compatability, so packages might break again.
I did look for an answer to this elsewhere, but could not find anything. If I missed it, just point me in the right direction.
