hey, i have an umbraco running on iis 7 with windows server 2008 R2
i can't seems to install packages, everytime install it i get the following error. pay attention to the "aborted" in firebug.
i have a same instance running on windows xp and installing packages seems to work fine. anyone has idea what seems to be the problem?
Hi Eran
That sure is a weird issue. Is there some weird firewall restrictions on the server that could be the cause of this perhaps?
/Jan
i don't think so, but i will try to install the package locally, thanks for the tip
or maybe you have incorrect file permissions and it can't write the files to disk?
Which version of Umbraco is this, I remember we fixed something for this in.. I thinl 4.9.1. You can still download the package from Our and install as local package, right?
ok so its a network problem, i installed the packages locally and its working
is working on a reply...
