I'm currently developing a site that incorporates a blog (using uBlogsy) as well as a forum (using nForum). I have everything working nicely except for displaying the images of registered forum users, basically I don't have a clue how to do this!
Does anybody know of a package that would help me allow registered FORUM members to upload an image to their profile and then use these around the site?
I am 90% a front end designer with 10% back end knowledge so please be gentle with me guys!

Or as an alternative, let me know how I can change the avatar to come from twitter rather than gravatar!?
