No internal, Umbraco-imposed limit, pretty sure you're bound only by hardware capability - more nodes means larger xml cache, means greater memory consumption.
Cache refresh might get a bit slow at 250k+ nodes, I'm sure there are brighter minds than mine who can shed light on that for you. Site structure would become more important too with that many nodes
General Umbraco query - limit on maximum number of nodes?
Hi all,
Does Umbraco impose a limit on the maximum number of nodes?
We've already reached 60,000, and I'm expecting that this could potentially grow to maybe 250,000.
If there is a limit, is it the same across the board, or do newer versions have a higher limit?
We're currently using 4.7.2
Thanks,
Steve.
