    Security vulnerability in umbraco.webservices.dll - Umbraco 4.7.1.1

    Hi

I've just got the email about the security vulnerability in Umbraco, but I can't find any library called "umbraco.webservices.dll" in my installation.

Is there any other dll library affected?

    Regards

    Vlax

    Hi Vlax,

The reson why you can´t find the umbraco.webservices.dll in the version 4.7.1.1 of Umbraco, is because it´s was not included, in the version.

Dan have made an overview over which Umbraco versions, at have the umbraco.webservices.dll included.

You can take a look in this post http://our.umbraco.org/forum/ourumb-dev-forum/bugs/40526-umbracowebservicesdll-why-is-it-mostly-not-there?p=0#comment148266, to see the full list.

    Hi Vlax,

Did you see Niels Hartvig´s comment in this post too, or did you only see Dan´s comment?

Niels, is writing why the umbraco.webservices.dll isn´t in all version´s of Umbraco.

Yes I've seen both, What I tried to express was that now I understand why the library wasn't in my installation!
