    What is the difference between 4.11.x and 6.x.x?

    My question is really in regards to "MVC-specific" differences.

    So, other than the new "Content API" that I heard came with version 6+, ... are there any major differences in the MVC-specific features, such as routing, templating, etc? 

    Part two of my quesion is if I am not yet interested in the "new Content API", ... can I stick with 4.11?
