I have updated the swedish language file with a lot of missing keys. How to I share that so it goes into future releases of Umbraco? Do I have to learn github forking and pull request and such?
You can create issues on the issue tracker at http://issues.umbraco.org/issues - I think you should be able to attach the files if you don't know how to create pull requests.

I am also interested in how to share the changes I've done for french and spanish languages in umbraco 7

But I you would like to explore how that works you can find Umbraco on Github here and you can read the contribution guidelines here
