Howsit guys,

I am interested to know more about output chaching for umbraco.

I understand that you can cache the Macros, but my only problem is that, it seems like it is more(if not only) dependant on cache periods. You have to give the macros a certain cache period for the cache to be updated, which in most of the time it is fine.

I would like to know if one could update the cache on event base. For instance, update the cache on Publish or unpublish the page. When the page is updated etc.

Please let me know is that is possible. I am interested to know more.
