I don´t know how long you are in the process with buliding your blog. But this package Blog4Umbraco is an old package, therefore I will recommend you have a look at uBlogsy instead, which is really the best blog package there is at the moment for Umbraco version 4. And I have seen this package been recommend when you have to build a website with a blog functionality.
So I think that you should have a look on uBlogsy, or Smart blog, I'm sure that Anthony is happy to answer questions related to uBlogsy if you have any. And I´m sure that Luke Alderton are ready to answer questions related to Smart blog
If you futureplans toupgradeto thelatest Umbraco version, will you see there are other optionsforblogpackages in Umbraco than just uBlogsy and Smart blog.
You should be able to find the proper version of ublogsy here http://our.umbraco.org/projects/starter-kits/ublogsy - Scroll down to the bottom and you will see the different released versions and what versions of Umbraco they're compatible with.
I don't think moving on trying to fix the Blog4Umbraco package is the right way to go. Just my 2 cents.
XSLT error on fresh installation of Blog 4 Umbraco
Hi Umbraco People,
Any body had success with installation of Blog 4 Umbraco?
Would you mind sharing all of the fixed XSLT here?
I'm currently facing the horror of fixing XSLT (really not familiar with the syntax so dont know how to fix it)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you´re using umbraco 4.10 or 4.11 you can use the Smart blog http://our.umbraco.org/projects/starter-kits/smart-blog too, but you have to find the package under the archived files on the our space for smart blog.
So I think that you should have a look on uBlogsy, or Smart blog, I'm sure that Anthony is happy to answer questions related to uBlogsy if you have any. And I´m sure that Luke Alderton are ready to answer questions related to Smart blog

An example for another blog package for Umbraco 7 is: Articulate: http://our.umbraco.org//projects/starter-kits/articulate
I know this is was not the answer that you was hoping, but I hope this can help you anyway.

Hi Dennis,
Thank you for the reply.
I actually tried the uBlogsy first but I when I downloaded the package which suitable for Umbraco v4 from this link
https://bitbucket.org/anthonydotnet/ublogsy/branch/default
All I've got was farm farm installation, and I have spent hours searching the right package of uBlogsy with no success.
so I moved on with the Blog4Umbraco, but got error on xslts
Now I've managed to handled most of the error but still couldn't figure it out to make these 2 xslts saved without any error
BlogPostListComments.xslt and BlogRssFeedLink.xslt
Any ideas?

Yes I have gone to here http://our.umbraco.org/projects/starter-kits/ublogsy
and download the package
uBlogsy 2.x for Umbraco 4.7 - 4.11.x
bitbucket.org/anthonydotnet/ublogsy/branch/default
But when I installed the package it only installed Farm Farm Icon
It's even weirder..
is working on a reply...
