    Media Folder Empty in v6.2.4

    General

    Hi guys,

    After Copy > Paste my root content node to create a new culture, all my media files just disappeared and found out my media folder is all empty.

    As anyone had the same issue ?

    Hi Fuji

    Sounds like a really odd issue indeed. Have you tried reloading the browser window? Or start chrome in incognito and login to see if it's just a rendering issue? I suppose your media folder on disk is still intact, right? Nothing vanished from there I suppose?

    Hi Jan,

    No my media folder is EMPTY now !!! :( And yes everything is gone.

    Ouch that really s**...:(...

    I don't suppose you have any kind of backup?

    Never experienced that before. I've seen the items disappear inside of Umbraco bu reappear if the browser was refreshed (So only visual stuff).

    Does the /app_data/logs file reveal anything about what happened?

    Yes it really s**.., under the media section in umbraco everything is here but you can see there is no connection between the files.

    In the media folder in the root of umbraco its all empty .....
