I'm not sure whether this is the right subforum to paste this in, but I need your help.
My company has 5 umbraco sites running in 1 installation.
We've started experiencing downtime on the sites and general instability, so I've been asked to split the sites including the content into 5 seperate installations.
Problem is, it's a very old Umbraco version (4.x.x) and the developer who made the sites years ago, aren't available anymore.
So I'm kinda in a pickle here and I hope you guys can help me out.
Even tho the sites are running in 1 installation they have seperate logins, which means that if one site needs to be updated, it required for us to log out and log in with the right account, or else all h* is loose.
Does anyone have experience with this kind of setup, and do you know if it's even possible to split up the database' data?

I solved this by exporting all of the content from each site, to a package, which I afterwards imported in the new installations.
