    6.0.5 Login Error - Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

    Hello

    I have an Umbraco instance running for a couple of years and now I have the following YSOD when I login to /umbraco:

    Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

[XmlException: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.]

    Anyone able to assist me?

    Hi,

    I had the same issue.

    In my /config/trees.config file the line 1 has a "invalid" char. Notice in the image the incorrect "font".

    Check other config files in your solution for the same error.
