Backup umbraco DB

Just tried http://sqlbackupandftp.com/
to run scheduled backups of SQL Server database(using it for Umbraco right now).... worked fine so far!
Any other ideas to backup CMS databases?

I've used the Database Publishing Wizard many times to deploy Umbraco database tables from my dev environment to staging/production.
