    Can you use Package Actions to create Relation Type?

    API Questions

    Is it possible to use Package Actions to create Relation Types.

     

    I am having trouble finding any code examples.

    I don't see why not. A Package Action allows you to run any .NET code you desire, so if you write the code for doing a Relation Type it'd be runable.

    Hi,

    I'm coordinator on the PackageActionsContrib project. You can download the sourcecode from Codeplex to have a look at the other actions

    There used to be a PDF describing the PackagAction Interface, I found it in Google Cache. This doc descibes the interface. On gotcha the Undo option only works when you don't use the attribute in your packagaction xml.

    Please feel free to upload your action to codeplex and let it be part of the community project.
