Sorry to bring this old chestnut back again, but has anyone
found a good workaround for this that doesn’t require publishing on save or
adding a property to check against? (as I need it to run on every save initiated
by the user, not just the first)
Sorry, it was a system where someone posted a calendar item and it placed a related copy in various date folders. I was asking all of them to publish when one was published but I should only really have been publishing one of them anyway thinking about it. Sorry for wasting the time spent writting your reply Richard.
loops in event handlers

Just to be clear I am talking about publishing/saving loops. I tried to edit my first post but the forum seems to be error-ing
What is it exactly that you want to achieve?
Thanks,
Richard
