If I need to customize the Richtext editor to add this feature, do you know where should I start looking? I've already gotten preview mode to work with the real URL (ie, /aaa/bbb.aspx) by customizing the \umbraco\presentation\default.aspx.cs code, just missing the Richtext editor link now. Thanks.

you cannot link until published. However the page preview should still work if you are using umbraco 452 or onwards.

This is an issue for us too.
We want to be able to make a whole section, complete with links and then publsih it.
Is it fixed in V6 perhaps?
We have the same issue. Is there any effort in this direction? I'd be very glad if somebody had a suggestion for a workaround.
