When I copy a document with the api and publish it, the document's link is set to # when viewed in the backoffice. The page is visible at the url that should be generated, and unpublishing and republishing fixes it.  I dont think it is a file permissions issue, because I currently have the Everyone object with full permission on the root folder.

How can I fix this?
