Different Url based on country

I have a client who wants to link to a different distributer website based on the users country.

Any advice on how to do that in umbraco? I'm not sure I need a multilingual site for this...

Erm ... price a bit too high. One-off payment would've been acceptable, but 500 Euros every year? Don't think my client will go for that.
