Validation groups with .net control forms

I have 2 forms that have been built in .net and setup as macro's and both are displaying as they should. Each has a different validaiton group but only one of them is actually causing validation...

Am i missing something?

Need to show the code. Make sure the buttons have the validation group applied as well.

worked it out..i had used the same ID for my submit buttons...Doh! Thanks for replying...
