What does this error mean?
It occurs sometimes when deleting / adding or updating an umbracoNode via code.
"[UmbracoExamine] Error deleting Lucene index,Lock obtain timed out: NativeFSLock@C:\websites\xxx (umbraco)\wwwroot\App_Data\ExamineIndexes\Internal\Index\write.lock"
