As Umbraco is a "fried" CMS as opposed to a "baked" CMS I'm struggling to work out how I can define web.config settings, namely AppSetting key/values at a folder level.

The reason I ask is because I have a HTTP module which reads a particular AppSetting and acts on it. I'd like to be able to change it's behaviour depending on which folder the request is in (I use the term folder loosely since page folders don't physically exist).
