Help! Getting the "no pages found" splash page, even after republishing
I can't get the site to display, though it was working fine for months. I'm getting the "no published content" default page... The backend is working fine, I republished the entire site, but not luck.
If you publish a page, does it get a link in properties? Could you doublecheck write permissions? Did you make any changes to the server recently? How does your XML cache look like? Does it get updated when you publish? Just some random thoughts.
Have you tried to download the web.config, add an empty line, save it and upload it again? This should restart the app pool and might help in some cases.
Just had the exact same issue right now, 10 minutes ago and all I did was to log into the backend and hit "Republish entire site" and it was up and running again (?)
Eventually, do a check on the log table to see what exactly happens.

Forgot to say, I'm running version 4.6.1. This is a live site.
