    Protected file folder for unauthorized users

    Hi everyone,

     

    We need to create folder with files which will not be available to unauthorized users direct Url

    Example:

    http://test.com/media/4006/secretariat.jpg

    How do that ?

    Create custom  secure folder, into with upload files ?

    Hi Alex,

    There is no way to do this out of the box, but check out the Media Protect package (commercial) which has support for this.  There's also the Protected Media package but I'm not sure this was ever "released".
