hello all-

Im currently working on a site using 4.7, hosted on Azure.  There is a requierment to add a captcha control to the site, however do to legal issues, we cannot use reCaptcha or any GPL licensed tools.  We have identified a viable option, but it requires some server side validation.  Is there a way to access the controllers?  Or even register our own controller?

My apologies if this is the wrong forum or has already been answered.  I did a search and couldnt find anything helpful.
