    NiceUrl()-like string replacements

    I'm sure I stumbled across a library function last week, for NiceUrl-like string transforms or arbitary strings but I can't find it now... Can anyone help out?

    E.g.

    TheForgottenFunction("mY tEXt")

    returns "my-text"
