Does anyone know what may be cauing the media section folder browser not to work in a fresh install?
I've tried reinstalling a couple of times. Site is working, but the media folder browser in the back end is not.
The preloader pinwheel just sits there spinning and never loads the folder browser.
I checked my permissions and install says they're perfect.
Any ideas why my thumbnails are not showing up in the folder browser?
Please help. Thank you.
So I removed 4.9.1 completely and installed 4.9.0 and the media file/folder browser is still not working. Grrrr...
What to do?
I removed 4.9.0 completely and installed 4.8.1 and guess what? Presto! The media file/folder browser is now working! WooHoo!
If other people run into this same issuewith 4.9+ I recommend to try going with 4.8.1. It worked for me.
We're running IIS6, so the issues are probably related to versioning.
