If I have a rewrite url that conflicts with the url of a regular page, it seems to prefer to load the rewrite url. Why is this? And is there a setting to reverse this?
In my situation the homepage (which is also shown in the urls) has the same name as the first block in the rewrite url, which may lead to problems. I do not wish to change both these values for SEO purposes however.
I'm not sure if there is a way to reverse this. I think url rewrite will always overrule the url of a page so the only way to visit the page is to disable the url rewrite.
URL Rewrite overriding conflicting page url
Hi guys,
Just a question.

Hello,
I'm not sure if there is a way to reverse this. I think url rewrite will always overrule the url of a page so the only way to visit the page is to disable the url rewrite.
