Yes - that is indeed possible. You basically add the language in the Settings section (you just pick Swedish in a list), and then you can choose the "Swedish" for any given user, so that when they log in, they get the Umbraco UI in that language.

As a complete newbie to Umbraco and having a possible customer how wants a Umbraco site i have a question about language.
Not content language but CMS language. Is it possible to have menues and so on i swedish?
