    .NET error when attempting to create a package

    I ran into this one today when attempting to create a new package. I got the modal to name the package, but am seeing the following after I click the "Create" button: http://cl.ly/image/3f2h3P381K3i?_ga=1.34995937.1116203309.1421784569

    Hi Craig,

    I think you might be missing a file which should be located at /app_data/packages/created/createdPackages.config. If it is there, make sure it has the correct contents. For example, if you have never created a package before, the contents of the file should be as follows:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<packages></packages>
