    Safe to upgrade outdated NuGet packages used by Umbraco?

    I noticed that the default Umbraco installer used outdated version of various packages. Does anyone have experience with upgrading all the dependencies used by Umbraco to the latest version? Is it safe?enter image description here

    Some are safe to update (like ImageProcessor) but a lot of packages will break your site when you update them with NuGet.

    In the next version of Umbraco (7.3.0) a lot of libraries are already upgraded to the latest version so I would recommend you to just wait till the next version.
