    "Related Links with Media" with "Yet Another Media Picker 4"?

    Is it possible to combine these Datatypes so user can manage media content with "Yet Another Media Picker 4" when clicking on "Add media link" from "Related Links with Media"?

    No, it is not possible.
    I am currently porting the datatype to 4.5, and I hope that you'll be able to use the advanced features of the new media picker.
