I'm building a website for umbraco with a large movie database attached to it. I've created a custom content tree with all movies in it (with the alphabetic folders).
Is it possible to build some of search function for in that tree, so you can search for example for all movies with "Car" in the umbraco backend and you don't have to navigate throught all nodes? And when you find the movie you looking for, that you can click on it and you can directly edit the movie?

Thanks already!
You can try this package for that http://our.umbraco.org/projects/developer-tools/content-maintenance-dashboard-package . There's also a new one http://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/falm-tabular-folder-browser that looks very good, but I haven't tried it yet.
Have a nice day!
What about Examine? You can use it both in the administration panel and in your front end.
