    Update to new version, with core changes?

    Hi,

    Iv added a custom section to the backend. And also done some changes in the web.config. I currently using version 4.0.3. This is only on a development server so down time is no problem.

    Whant kind of complications should i be aware of if i go and update to latest version? (v.4.5)
