I'm at the moment trying to develop a website using umbraco with doc2form as a part of the toolkit. At first doc2form seemed like everything I needed.. but as soon as it came to more complex forms than contact forms it all broke into thousand of pieces... Now you would probably say that I just should go and buy a license for 99 euro (+25 VAT) and then it was all fine right? - The problem is just that I dont have the cash for a license to Contour yet (yes you dont just spend 99 euro as a 15 year kid). Now is my question is there a better alternative than Doc2Form/Contour?
I don't think there is a better alternative out there, but if your forms become complex and you don't mind the extra effort you may just want to create your own .NET user controls. That is, if your backend users don't require managing these forms.
Alternative form management plugin.

Hi,
