I'm looking for a way of recording pageviews in Umbraco for blog posts so I can show them back to the user. Is there a way of doing that. I am using 4.5.2 and Blog4Umbraco
Google Analytics is the best way to track page views IMO.
It'll be really good when Morten finally updates his GA package to work with Umbraco 4.5 (hint hint Morten :P), but in the mean time you can use the standard GA web UI.
If you want to show it on your page to visitors (ie - not site admins) then you can use the GA APIs which are fairly extensive.
