I have spent some time adapting Warren Buckley's contact form script to get a voucher system in umbraco and have now completed it. I want to give something back to the umbraco community so I would like to publish all the code somewhere for people to use. Can somebody take me through the best way to put this on the web for distribution? I don't think I have it in me to make a self-installing package for it (quite yet anyway) so it would be just a collection of files and a guide for how to use it and customise it.
Thanks for the info. I think I will create a codeplex and umbraco project. Unfortunatly at the moment I can't create a package because I get an XML error every time I try to do so :P

Hi Max,
It seems the typical route is to create a codeplex project (http://www.codeplex.com) and upload your files there.
Creating a package can be quite easy (just go to the developers section, under packages, right click Created packages, and create).
