    skin is not showing in Ui

    Hi,

     

       We installed Umbraco 4.7 in our local machine. On installing we also installed the Starter kit and Designit_Green skin in it. But when loading the website it doesn't show any styles in the page. 

      After that we installed FriendlyGhostSkin in it. But i can't understand how to apply that skin.
