    Creating a module from scratch

     

    Hello Everyone!

    I’m a College student and for a class I need to develop a module for a CMS. Of course I chose Umbraco! The problem is that, even if I worked with ASP.NET and C#, I can simply start!

    Can you help me?

    Hi Leonnor

    What kind of module do you want to develop? And how experienced are you with Umbraco?

    A good way to start is by reading some of these wiki entries listed here: http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/recommendations/recommended-reading-for-net-developers

    Also have a look at the the free vidoes concerning asp.net/c# on umbraco.tv.

    Hope this helps a bit. The more you ellaborate the more easy it is to guide you in the right direction :-)
