I create a macro that allow user to chose background color of some div tag.
In macro parameter that I use for that is param named color type string . User when use macro i RTE select a macro and type color name , depending of that I select different css class and set background color ....
Client don't like it ! He want to pick color from drop down list ... Is it possible?
Can be a parametar in macro dropdown list?!?

What version of umbraco are you using? I have not tried this for v4 but pre v4 you can use macrorenderings.
Should also work for v4 but I have not tried it.
