"RemoveXmlFragment" in package action

Hello guys,

I have some issues with Package action, I tried to add xml fragment and remove xml fragment follows Umbraco wiki(http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/reference/packaging/package-actions/community-made-package-actions/remove-an-xml-fragment-from-xml-config-file and http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/reference/packaging/package-actions/community-made-package-actions/remove-an-xml-fragment-from-xml-config-file) but it didn't work can you help me to solve the problem please.

Umbraco version 4.7.

.Net Framework 4.0

I already tried addDashboardSection, it work.
