I have an existing site with the membership total currently around 4000.

I have 2 member types as follows:

Employees - has about 40 custom properties, 3000 member records
Companies - has about 30 custom properties , 1000 member records

This is slowing growing and the potential is to quadruple in size.

I appreciate that the more data you load on an individual member the more performance suffers.

So can anyone comment on if the above scenario is of major concern.

I may have the opportunity to redevelop how the data is stored as part of other developments planned so thought it best to get some feedback now.

I hope someone can provide some feedback.
