I'm trying to create my own Umbraco 5 package but i'm having some problems. I've created a hive provider and a surfacecontroller.
When i try to load the surface controller, i get the following error:
Macro error
An error occurred rendering the macro 'centralStation1'. ERROR: 'Error executing child request for handler 'System.Web.Mvc.HttpHandlerUtil+ServerExecuteHttpHandlerAsyncWrapper'.'. See Umbraco log for full details.
I have searched the itnernet but can't find anything about this error. It says "See Umbraco log", but when i look inside the log, i don't see anything about this particular error. I looked in the log located at "Source\Web Apps\Umbraco.Cms.Web.UI\App_Data\Logs", is this the wrong one? If so, where can i find the correct one?
Is anyone familair with this error that can help me with it?
Look at the latest log file inside rootfolder/App_data/logs you will find the full error message. I had this error with a package based on CultiveContactForm package, it turned out to be the web config file inside the view folder causing the error.
