I'm wondering how many pages (content nodes) Umbraco can handle. I had someone ask me if Umbraco could handle a 1 million page website. Do you all think this is possible?
Obviously I'd need to import everything with CMS import or some other way.
I've scoured the forum here for an answer to this, and thought it would be good info for everyone to have.
If you might be getting anywhere near that limit it would be good to ask if all the content pages really need to be in the content tree (with full versioning, etc.) or if perhaps they are more 'one-time' information like blog comments and things like that that might better be handled in their own database tables.

Thank you!
Umbraco 4 can handle about a quarter of a million pages. That's always been enough for me ;)
cheers,
