I`m trying to translate my admin panel. So, I create new language file, using for base the en.xml file. But after that the admin panel doesn`t work proper :
for example it`s impossible to move the pages in the content, the translation of some stuffs is not visible right after the changing of the language (I have to restart the IIS) etc. The translation is in Bulgarian (cyrillic alphabet) - can it somehow be a reason for my problems.

What did you use to edit the file? I think the file needs to be saved as UTF8 if I'm not mistaken.
Some editors save the file as plain text which would not be enough. In most of them you can define it to save as UTF8 though.
(Somebody correct me if I do not make any sense here)
No, the encoding is not the reason. It,s UTF-8 but, anyway, I can`t move nodes in my application.
