Hi guys,

There seems to be very little in the way of complete documentation on Examine. Even the codeplex documentation fails to mention certain aspects of configuration which I have seen used elsewhere. And with farmcode.org gone, one of the most linked-to examine tutorials has vanished. As Examine is so complicated to use, I was going to try to compile a document for use within my company (and outside too, if my company allow it...) that fully explains every single option available but this is proving too challenging due to a lack of resources. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction?

I was inspired to write this after having to tackle some complicated searches and struggling to get anywhere (experts: please take a look at this and this as I'm stumped!) but I'm not getting very far with my document or my searches!
