How did you get on? I'm part way through an implementation based upon the oauth examples

Not sure if this would help, but uShare makes use of OAuth to authorise Umbraco to do some simple sharing on your behalf from the backoffice. It might provide some further useful examples. You can find the source on CodePlex.
