I've created a custom data type for large uploads using NeatUpload. When the app pool is set to Integrated mode I get the following error "Event handlers can only be bound to HttpApplication events during IHttpModule initialization.". It works fine in classic mode. Bacially during "base.DataEditorControl.OnSave" NeatUpload throws the error while trying to upload. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
