Extend Developer section with new "folder" in the menu for Umbraco 7

Im not quite sure of what to look for.. so sorry if the question might be abit confusing..
I want to add a custom "folder" with a custom page, like the Data Types,Macros and Packages "folders" but a custom one with my very own application/pages..
How can I do this.. any good links to get me started?
