    Skinning the Umbraco Admin

If I have a design I want to create for the backend (Admin area) but I keep the Umbraco branding, is that allowed? I have a layout that I'd like to use which is slightly different from the existing Umbraco admin, like a new skin. If I change the admin, but keep the Umbraco branding, is that allowed or do I have to purchase the Pro license with rebranding rights?

I think you need to purchase the Pro license as the licensing around Umbraco UI is different to the licensing for the rest of Umbraco.

I'd recommend you email Umbraco Corp and talk to them about exactly what you want to achieve and they'll be best able to advise you
