I have more than one website in the same umbraco installation. Some sites are in english, some in portuguese. I have installed CWS and I am using the original CWS contact form in I tried to copy the user control and translate it to portuguese but it didn't work. I copied the user control files, changed the names (file names and internal references between them), add the new usercontrol to the template but it didn't work. Am I missing something?
It should be possible just to make a copy of the english usercontrol and insert the copied one on your masterpage/template. You could try to create a new usercontrol i VS and copy / paste the necessary code from the english to the portuguese version. :)
You could also try with a different approach using Dictionary Items...
